Shipping & Return Policy
At Canlan, we strive to ensure that every order reaches you in perfect condition and on time. Please review the following terms before placing your order
Package Handling:
- For security and quality reasons, packages cannot be opened upon delivery.
- Each order is carefully inspected before dispatch to guarantee quality.
Returns & Replacements:
- Returns or replacements are processed exclusively through our authorized courier partners with their rates.
- Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, the refund or exchange will be initiated via Instapay app.
Refund Timeline:
- Refunds are issued after the returned item has arrived at our warehouse.
- Please allow up to 10 business days once courier bring the package to our warehouse for processing , depending on courier timelines .(Fri&Sat off)
Sale Period Policy:

- Items that shows sign of wear or damage will not be accepted as a retunrs
