Shipping & Return Policy


At Canlan, we strive to ensure that every order reaches you in perfect condition and on time. Please review the following terms before placing your order


Package Handling:

  • For security and quality reasons, packages cannot be opened upon delivery.
  • Each order is carefully inspected before dispatch to guarantee quality.


Returns & Replacements:

  • Returns or replacements are processed exclusively through our authorized courier partners with their rates.
  • Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, the refund or exchange will be initiated via Instapay app.


Refund Timeline:

  • Refunds are issued after the returned item has arrived at our warehouse. 
  • Please allow up to 10 business days once courier bring the package to our warehouse for processing , depending on courier timelines .(Fri&Sat off)


Sale Period Policy:


  • Please note that items purchased during sale periods are not eligible for return or - replacement only available. All sale transactions are considered final.

 

Notes:

  • Items that shows sign of wear or damage will not be accepted as a retunrs
